Two-Year Limited Warranty
EasyCAM® products are designed, manufactured, and tested to high quality standards. The EasyCAM warranty, administered through Superior Tool®, a C.H. Hanson® brand, covers defects in materials and workmanship on new EasyCAM products. This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Warranty coverage applies only to genuine EasyCAM products purchased from authorized EasyCAM retailers, authorized resellers, or through EasyCAM and Superior Tool websites.
What’s Covered
If a component fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, EasyCAM will replace the defective component.
For parts and accessories not manufactured directly by EasyCAM, the original manufacturer’s warranty applies (see Third-Party Warranty Coverage below).
Replacement is limited to the affected part only. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs.
Warranty Period
Warranty coverage begins on the documented date of purchase.

What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover issues caused by:
- • Normal wear and tear
- • Improper installation, maintenance, or storage
- • Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
- • Modifications or tampering
- • Damage NOT caused by defects in materials or workmanship
Kinked Push Cables are not covered. A Kinked Push Cable indicates improper handling or operator error.
Accessories or components not manufactured by EasyCAM are covered only under the original manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty coverage is void if the product has been altered or tampered with.
About Defects vs. Wear and Tear
Manufacturing defects typically appear early in a product’s life — often within the first few uses. Components returned for warranty inspection after extended use are rarely found to have material or workmanship defects. Most service requests after long-term use are related to normal wear, which is not covered under warranty.
Third-Party Manufacturer Warranty Coverage
The following components are covered by their respective manufacturers:
- • Camera Head: 6 months
- • Transmitter: 6 months
- • EC-MR5 Recordable Monitor: 1 year
- • EasyFIND Locator Wand: 2 years
- • DEWALT® Battery: 2-year limited manufacturer warranty
Lost components are not covered.
Batteries damaged due to improper charging or failure to maintain charge are not covered.
Damage caused by misuse or negligence is not covered.
How to File a Warranty Claim
Before returning any product, you must contact EasyCAM by filling out the contact us form or calling us at 630-848-2565 to determine the issue and confirm the appropriate solution.
Warranty service will not be provided unless the claim follows all warranty procedures.
The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs.
By purchasing an EasyCAM product, the purchaser agrees to the terms and limitations outlined in this warranty.
