Just wanted to give you a little feedback on the success of our new Easycam Sewer Camera and locator system recently purchased.
First, I want to tell you that the customer service and support from you guys is remarkable. Since the camera is new to both Greg and Kenny, it has made it so easy for them since they can always reach someone when out in the field for support without going through numerous menu selections and long hold times.
We strongly believe that this plumbers camera is certainly going to pay for itself in a short period of time. For example; while videoing at one location just yesterday, we had 3 neighbors come over to see how it works and we are scheduled to camera for them next week. Another thing….. we notified the realtors that we work with and they have decided to camera every sewer line of the homes they list. We have put in several sewer systems since our camera purchase simply because the customer could actually see for themselves what we could only try to explain to them in the past.
